Dogs were a steady source of comfort, safety, and companionship throughout my childhood. Over time, I realized that my connection with them was deeper than simple affection — they notice your energy, respond to your presence, and offer a kind of loyalty that stays with you.
My husband and I connected early through our shared love of animals. We both grew up in homes where pets were part of daily life, so when we built our own family, it felt natural to raise our children in a home filled with paws, routines, and the presence of dogs.
Over the years, many pets have been part of our lives, but Coco, my Cocker Spaniel, holds a particularly special place in my heart. He has been with me through major life transitions and quiet everyday moments, always reminding me why this kind of care matters so much to me.
Like many dog parents, there were times when I needed someone I could truly trust to care for Coco — during travel, family emergencies, or unexpected plans. In one of those seasons, he stayed with a family who cared for him with warmth, consistency, and real communication. That experience stayed with me.
It showed me how much peace of mind comes from knowing your dog is not simply being watched, but genuinely understood. That became the foundation for Lulu Pet Care.
Lulu Pet Care was created to offer a calmer, more personal boarding experience in a real home — one where guests can settle into familiar routines, receive thoughtful care, and be known as individuals.
Today, the guests who stay with us are part of everyday life in our home. They are not kept in kennels or isolated in empty rooms. They rest in shared spaces, move through a calm household rhythm, and receive daily care built around comfort, compatibility, and routine.
